Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: I understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients while valuing our time. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Free Cancellation Window: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment for free if done more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Paid Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. No-shows will also be charged the $25 fee and forfeit any deposits made.

To achieve the best results from your body contouring treatments, it’s essential to follow some simple pre- and post-care guidelines. These tips are designed to prepare your body and maximize the effectiveness of each session, ensuring you get the most out of your treatment.

Pre-Treatment care: 1) Drink atleast 2 litres of water before treatment. 2) Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and carbonated drinks 24 hours before treatment. 3) Have light meals before treatment. 4) Remove lotion and oils from skin before treatment. 5) Remove body hair from the area of treatment. 6) No sunbathing or tanning 1 week before treatment.
